We are a couple Canadian and Mexican and together we fusion the experience of a Canadian chef with the Mexican tradition food, the result: Tacos, burritos, Cochinita Pibil, Tamales, Flan, Merengues and assorted flavor of hot sauces created in Manitoba but with a Mexican touch.
